Can SheetXAI automatically keep imported or scraped data updated?
SheetXAI works while your spreadsheet is open, so it does not independently run in the background to keep an external scraper or data source updated.

Why does SheetXAI disconnect when I switch between Google Sheets?
SheetXAI works with one Google Sheet at a time. Using it in a second spreadsheet can disconnect the current chat session. Finish your work in one sheet before moving to another.
Can I use a local LLM with SheetXAI?
Not currently. SheetXAI runs as a Google add-on, so it cannot access AI models installed on your computer.
You can still use lower-cost AI options through SheetXAI if you want to reduce usage costs. For example, if you use an OpenRouter API key, select Auto Basic. It automatically routes requests to low-cost models that can perform very well for many tasks.
Why am I seeing the anthropic-workspace-id is required error?
This error can happen when an Anthropic API key is linked to an organization or workspace. Create or use a standard personal or project API key, update the saved key in SheetXAI, and try again.
