How to change or cancel your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from inside SheetXAI.

Change your plan (upgrade/downgrade)

1. Open SheetXAI
   • In Google Sheets: Click Extensions > SheetXAI > Open Chat
   • In Excel: Open SheetXAI from the add-in in the ribbon
2. Click Settings at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click Manage Plan.
4. Choose the plan you want and confirm.

Cancel your plan

1. Follow the steps above to open Settings > Manage Plan.
2. Choose Cancel and follow the prompts.

If you don’t see “Manage Plan”

If Manage Plan isn’t visible in Settings, or it doesn’t let you change/cancel, please contact us.
