Overview
SheetXAI now connects to 500+ third-party apps directly inline in chat — through a partnership with Composio. For the majority of these apps, you no longer need to set up MCP servers. Just ask in plain English and SheetXAI handles the connection.

How it works
- Ask SheetXAI to do something with an app — e.g. "Connect my HubSpot and pull last month's deals into this sheet."
- The first time, SheetXAI gives you a one-click Connect link. Click it, sign in to the app once, done.
- From then on, SheetXAI can use that app for you anytime — no re-auth, no settings panels, no copy-pasting credentials.

- "Connect my Notion and pull my project pages into this sheet"
- "Connect my HubSpot and grab last month's deals"
- "Connect my Salesforce and find all closed-won accounts in California"
- "Find emails for everyone in column A using Icypeas"
- "Run analytics on this data, then send the report to Gamma to build a presentation"
- "Send each contact in column B a personalized email via Gmail"

Bulk operations
You can also run any connected app's tool against many sheet rows at once. SheetXAI handles per-row execution, error handling, and writes results back to the sheet automatically. Just say things like:
- "Find emails for everyone in column A using Icypeas"
- "Send a personalized message via Gmail to each contact in column B"
Same UX as the existing bulk MCP flows, just powered by the 500+ new integrations.
Do I still need MCP?
For the majority of common apps, no — they're now built-in. You only need MCP for:
- Apps that aren't in the 500+ catalog (e.g. self-hosted internal tools)
- Tools that already have their own MCP server you'd like to use
Both work side by side. SheetXAI can mix-and-match in a single chat.
