How to Generate Product Videos
Basic Video Formula Syntax
Use the special !VIDEO prefix with just the product URL:
#SAI !VIDEO #A
Where #A references the product URL in Column A for the current row.
Example:
#SAI !VIDEO https://amazon.com/product/12345
Step-by-Step Process
- Place product URLs in a column (e.g., Column A)
- Enter the formula in the adjacent column (e.g., Column B):
#SAI !VIDEO #A(references the URL in Column A for that row)
- Bulk-run on all rows (recommended): use
!ARRAYonce and SheetXAI will run it for every row automatically:#SAI !ARRAY !VIDEO #A
- Keep the chatbot open while videos are generating
- Wait for completion - videos will appear as links in your cells
How to Generate AI Avatar Videos
New Feature: Talking Avatar Videos
JoggAI now supports creating AI avatar videos from scripts! This is perfect for:
- Marketing videos with talking avatars
- Educational content
- Personalized video messages
- Social media content at scale
Setting Up Avatar Videos
- Prepare your scripts in a column (e.g., Column F)
- Configure JoggAI settings for talking avatar videos:
- Go to Settings → Video Gen → JoggAI
- Select Talking Avatar Videos as the video type
- Configure avatar ID, avatar type, voice ID, and screen style
- Save and confirm settings
Generating Avatar Videos
Formula Syntax:
#SAI !VIDEO #F
Where #F references the column containing your scripts.
Step-by-Step Process:
-
Create a column with scripts (e.g., Column F)
- Example: "David is the best"
- Example: "SheetXAI is the best"
- Example: "By LTD at AppSimo"
-
Enter the formula in the next column:
#SAI !VIDEO #F(references scripts in Column F)
-
Bulk-run on all rows (recommended): use
!ARRAYonce and SheetXAI will run it for every row automatically:#SAI !ARRAY !VIDEO #F
-
Keep the chatbot open while videos are generating
-
Wait for completion - videos will be generated and links will appear
Note: For longer scripts, you can close the chatbot and wait for JoggAI to email you when videos are ready. For shorter scripts, keeping the chatbot open works well.
Example Workflow
Spreadsheet Setup:
- Column F: Scripts
- Row 2: "David is the best"
- Row 3: "SheetXAI is the best"
- Row 4: "By LTD at AppSimo"
Formula in Column G:
- Row 2:
#SAI !VIDEO #F - Or run it across all rows at once with:
#SAI !ARRAY !VIDEO #F
Result: Three talking avatar videos will be generated automatically!
Processing Multiple Videos
Bulk Processing
Both product videos and avatar videos support bulk processing:
- Organize your data in columns (URLs or scripts)
- Enter the formula in the first row
- Run on all rows automatically with
!ARRAY(recommended) - All videos will process automatically across the sheet
Processing Time
- Product Videos: Typically process faster
- Avatar Videos: May take longer depending on script length
- Bulk Processing: Can take significant time for many videos
Tips:
- For long-running tasks, you can close the chatbot and wait for email notification
- For shorter tasks, keep the chatbot open to see progress
- Videos are generated asynchronously, so you can continue working
Best Practices
Product Videos
- Use direct product URLs (not shortened links)
- Ensure URLs are valid and accessible
- Process in batches for better organization
Avatar Videos
- Keep scripts concise for faster processing
- Use clear, natural language in scripts
- Configure avatar settings once in Settings for consistency
- Test with a single video before bulk processing
General Tips
- Keep chatbot open for shorter tasks to monitor progress
- Close chatbot for longer tasks and wait for email
- Organize your data in columns before processing
- Use consistent formatting for easier management
Troubleshooting
Videos Not Generating
- Check API key: Ensure your JoggAI API key is correctly entered in Settings
- Verify video type: Make sure you've selected the correct video type (Product or Avatar)
- Check URLs/Scripts: Ensure your product URLs are valid or scripts are properly formatted
- Wait for processing: Some videos take time to generate - be patient
Formula Errors
- Activate SAI formulas: Make sure SAI formulas are activated in your spreadsheet
- Check command syntax: Use
#SAI !VIDEO #Ffor avatar videos or#SAI !VIDEO #Afor product videos - Keep chatbot open: Some formulas require the chatbot to be open during processing
Avatar Video Issues
- Check settings: Verify avatar ID, voice ID, and other settings are configured
- Script format: Ensure scripts are in plain text format
- Column references: Make sure column references (like
#F) match your data location
