WooCommerce Integration with SheetXAI

Overview

We're excited to announce that SheetXAI now fully integrates with WooCommerce! This powerful new feature allows you to add products directly from your spreadsheet to your WooCommerce store with a simple conversation, eliminating manual data entry and saving you hours of work.

Setting Up WooCommerce Integration

Connection Requirements

To use this feature, you'll need to configure your WooCommerce connection in SheetXAI settings:

1. Open the SheetXAI sidebar
2. Go to Settings
3. Select the Ecommerce tab
4. Check the box next to WooCommerce
5. Enter your WooCommerce credentials:
   • Website URL: Your custom domain  https://mycustomdomain.com
   • API keys as required (How to get your WooCommerce credentials)

Using WooCommerce Integration

Current Capabilities

Our WooCommerce integration currently allows you to:

• Create new products in your store directly from spreadsheet data
• Configure product details including:
  • Product name
  • Description
  • Regular price
  • Categories
  • Images
  • Image alt text
• Control publication status (published or draft)

Step-by-Step Process

1. Prepare Your Spreadsheet
   • Organize your product data in columns with clear headers
   • Include all relevant product details you want to transfer
   • Ensure image URLs are valid and accessible
2. Initiate Product Creation
   • Open the SheetXAI sidebar chat
   • Type a natural language request such as:
     • "Add these products to my WooCommerce store"
     • "Upload these items to my WooCommerce"
     • "Create these products in my WooCommerce store"
3. Review Column Mapping
   • SheetXAI will analyze your spreadsheet and suggest column mappings
   • This step is critical! Review the proposed mappings carefully
   • Confirm that each product attribute is matched to the correct column
   • Make corrections if needed by responding to the chat
4. Confirm and Execute
   • After confirming the mappings are correct, SheetXAI will begin creating the products
   • You'll receive progress updates in the chat
   • Once complete, SheetXAI will provide a summary of the operation

Important Notes

• We process data by full columns and expect headers to be present
• You cannot specify a subset of rows (e.g., "add only the first 20 products")
• All products in the columns will be processed
• Image URLs must be publicly accessible (Google Drive links should be set to "Anyone with the link can view")
• The process may take a few minutes depending on the number of products

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues:

1. Verify you're using the correct WooCommerce URL format (with subdomain)
2. Check that your API credentials are entered correctly
3. Ensure your spreadsheet has clear headers and well-structured data
4. Confirm your image URLs are publicly accessible
