Getting Started with Your LTD Codes

This guide will walk you through the process of redeeming your SheetXAI Lifetime Deal (LTD) codes and setting up the application.

Redeeming Your Codes

For New Users

1. Visit the Redemption website https://www.sheetxai.com/ltd
2. Click the "New User" tab
3. Enter all your codes, separated by new lines (important: submit all codes together to receive the correct number of seats)
4. Click "Validate Codes"
5. You will see how many seats your codes entitle you to 

For Existing Users (to change emails assigned to seats or redeem more codes)

1. Visit the Redemption website https://www.sheetxai.com/ltd
2. Click the "Existing User" tab
3. Enter 1 email that was already assigned when you first registered
4. Enter all your codes (including any new ones), separated by new lines (important: submit all codes together to receive the correct number of seats)
5. Click "Validate Codes"
6. You will see all your seats including any assigned seats and empty ones. 

Assigning Seats

1. Enter the email addresses for each seat you want to assign
2. You can leave seats blank if you don't need all of them now
3. Click "Save and Assign"
4. You can always return later to modify these assignments

Setting Up SheetXAI

After redeeming your codes, you'll need to complete these steps:

1. Get Your API Key

• Obtain an API key from OpenAI, Straico, OpenRouter, or any of our other API integrations
• This is required for SheetXAI to function

2. Install SheetXAI

• Click the "Install SheetXAI" button which redirects you to the Google Marketplace
• Allow the requested permissions:
  • Access to spreadsheets (required for multi-sheet operations)
  • Permission to send emails (for support requests and email functionality)
  • Permission to run when you're not present (for automations)
  • Access to view country, language, and time zone (for personalization)

3. Join Our Community

• We highly recommend joining our Discord server where we post all updates and announcements
• If you prefer Facebook or another platform, please reach out to us

Using SheetXAI

1. Open Google Sheets (sheet.new for a new spreadsheet)
2. Access SheetXAI via:
   • The sidebar icon
   • Extensions → SheetXAI → Open Chat

Activating the SAI Formula

• For each new spreadsheet, you'll need to activate the SAI formula
• Go to Extensions → SheetXAI → Activate SAI Formula
• This enables the formula functionality seen in our demo videos

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Multiple Account Issues

If you experience account switching problems during setup:

• Option 1: Sign out of all Google accounts and sign back in, starting with the account you want to use with SheetXAI
• Option 2 (Recommended): Create a separate Chrome profile for the Google account you want to use with SheetXAI

API Key Setup

When prompted for your API key:

1. If using OpenAI, enter your OpenAI API key
2. If using another provider, type "other" exactly, then click "Complete Setup"
3. Access Settings to enter your specific API key (Strio, OpenRouter, etc.)
