We've introduced a redesigned settings interface to enhance your experience and provide clearer organization of the various AI capabilities in SheetXAI. The new dialog is larger and more comprehensive, making it easier for you to configure different aspects of the tool.

Key Features of the New Settings Panel

Default Model Settings

• Functions as your primary model for all operations 
• This is the one that you are speaking to when speaking to the chatbot
• Serves as the fallback option when specific operations don't have a designated model
• Includes descriptions to help you understand each model's purpose
• Supports multiple providers including OpenAI, OpenRouter, Straico, and more

Content Generation Settings

• Specifically controls what powers your SAI formulas and all content generation tasks.

URL Model Settings

• Designates which models can access internet content
• Shows only compatible models that work with URL-based queries
• Makes it easy for you to select the right tool for web content analysis

Image Generation Settings

• Controls which service creates images in your spreadsheets
• Supports multiple options including:
  • Straico
  • FalAI
  • Recraft
  • FreePik
  • Ideogram
  • Runware

Image Analysis Settings

• Specifies which models can interpret and analyze images
• Only displays models with vision capabilities
• Ensures you don't select incompatible models for image analysis tasks

The interface is designed with privacy in mind:

• Your API keys are never displayed in full
• Our system remembers your keys without exposing them
• Changing API keys is simple with a one-click interface
