Email Verifier Tab Settings in SheetXAI

Overview

The Email Verifier tab in SheetXAI settings configures which service will be used when performing email verification operations through the SheetXAI chatbot. This setting determines which verification provider processes your email validation requests.

Purpose

The Email Verifier tab lets you select and configure your preferred email verification service. When you ask the SheetXAI chatbot to verify email addresses in your spreadsheet, it will use the provider configured in this tab to process those requests.

Available Verification Services

SheetXAI integrates with multiple email verification services, with current options including:

• MillionVerifier
• Reoon
• Additional verification services (more options being added regularly)

Recommendations

• MillionVerifier: Generally more cost-effective and provides good accuracy
• Reoon: Typically delivers faster verification results with comparable accuracy

Personal Recommendation: I personally use MillionVerifier more frequently for its balance of cost and performance.

When This Setting Is Used

The email verification model you select is only used when you specifically:

• Request email verification through the SheetXAI chatbot
• Use verification-specific commands with your email data

How to Configure

1. Navigate to the Settings section in the SheetXAI sidebar
2. Select the Email Verifier tab
3. Choose your preferred email verification service from the dropdown menu
4. Enter your API key for the selected service
5. Click Save to apply your changes

Service Selection Tips

• If cost is your primary concern, MillionVerifier is often the more economical choice
• If speed is your priority, Reoon typically provides faster verification results
• Both services offer excellent accuracy for validating email addresses
