Generating Images in Google Sheets with SheetXAI

Overview

SheetXAI now offers image generation capabilities directly within Google Sheets. This feature allows you to create custom images based on text descriptions and integrate them seamlessly into your spreadsheets.

How to Generate Images in Bulk

Step 1: Prepare Your Spreadsheet

Set up your spreadsheet with the data you want to reference in your image prompts
This could include names, descriptions, or any other attributes you want to incorporate

Step 2: Access the Image Generation Feature

Open the SheetXAI sidebar
Click the AI star icon to access the bulk content generator
Select the column where you want the generated images to appear

Step 3: Create Your Image Prompt

Write a prompt that includes references to your spreadsheet data
Example: "Create a fictional character called [customer_name] who is [age] years old"
You can save your prompt as a bookmark for future use

Step 4: Test and Generate

SheetXAI will show you a preview with one generated image
Review the image to ensure it meets your expectations
Click the thumbs up button if you're satisfied
Select "Generate Content" to create images for all rows

Step 5: Review Your Generated Images

SheetXAI will populate your selected column with images
Each image is hosted via an image hosting service (like IBB)
Images may take a moment to load as they're attached to links

Image Model: In the example, SheetXAI uses Runware, which has access to over 300,000 models
Processing Time: Image generation for multiple rows typically takes just a minute
Image Hosting: Generated images are automatically hosted in IMGBB and linked in your spreadsheet
Data Integration: Images can be personalized based on any data in your spreadsheet
Row Limitations: There may be limitations on the number of images you can generate at once
